4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment must be cleared before items are shipped. Prices shown on the site include taxes only where indicated; shipping and other fees may apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Karnika Crackers is not liable for delays arising from courier issues, force majeure events, or regulatory checks. Certain products may have shipping restrictions (e.g., cannot be shipped to certain areas or require special handling).

6. Cancellations & Returns

Because of the hazardous nature of fireworks, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive defective or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the order number; we will evaluate and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karnika Crackers and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use any product. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
